To choose the perfect shoe size, use the available size chart, which you will find on the product cards. If you have any doubts about how to measure your foot correctly, follow the instructions below:

  1. Place your bare foot on an A4 sheet of paper, mark its outline, and then measure the distance between the two extreme points of the template – from the big toe to the heel.
  2. The second method is to place the back of your foot against a wall and then measure the distance from the wall to your big toe. To be sure, measure your other foot as well, because some people have one foot that is slightly longer. You should add about half a centimeter to the result, because the shoe should be slightly longer than the foot.

 

If the size you are looking for is out of stock, you can sign up for availability notifications, and we will inform you when the product in that size is available again. To sign up for availability notifications, select one of the unavailable sizes (crossed out with a cross) on the Product Card – after selecting it, a “Notify me when the product is available” form will appear, where you can leave your email address. When the product is available again, we will send you a message.

 

In the KASIA OSTAPOWICZ online store, we offer only new, unused and top quality products that are covered by a 24-month warranty. However, if the product you purchased does not meet your expectations or it is defective, we encourage you to file a complaint. The procedure for filing a complaint is described in detail in the Complaints tab.

 

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment to make a return or exchange (exchange only applies to products of the same price) only in Poland.

 

The cost of returning the product to the store is borne by the customer.

 

Refund of shipping costs incurred when purchasing is possible up to the amount of the cheapest available shipping in the online store. If a more expensive shipping method is chosen, the difference will not be refunded.
